Villa Mocha is a brand new construction with fine building quality and modern chic architectural design. The villa features a private heated 5x4 m jacuzzi pool and offers amazing and unobstructed sea views to Delos, Renia, Tinos and Syros islands almost from every spot of the structure. The altitude and orientation of the villa provide mesmerizing and colorful sunset views while maximizing the duration of the natural sunlight.

The outdoor space is surrounded by pergolas as well as a fine built stone perimeter. The private heated pool of 5X4 meters is engulfed by the villa offering tranquility, wind protection and privacy.

The villa features 3 levels and stairs. Ground level, lower floor, upper floor. Guests have full access and private use of the villas' indoor and outdoor spaces including the pool area and terrace. A private parking space of two cars is available for the guests.

A maintenance team is coming twice a week to take care of the pool, plants, terrace and water tanks. The villa is not connected with a water network so please use water reasonably.

In order to ensure the property maintains a high standard of hygiene the villa is fully ventilated and sanitized before and after every booking. Remote controllers are wrapped with protective covers that are changed before and after every booking. In addition, all switches and door handles are thoroughly sanitized. All linens and towels are washed in high temperatures. The villa is also equipped with a medical kit and disinfectant gels. Guests have the option to self check in to the villa.
